Maintenance service 24/7

Outside of normal business hours, our emergency maintenance service handles only urgent tasks that cannot be postponed until the next working day due to immediate danger or the risk of further damage.

Door opening after-hours

The fee for door opening during emergency service hours is 60 eur, which is paid via an invoice sent afterward. The door can only be opened for a person who is officially registered as a resident of the apartment. Residents must prove their identity before the door is opened.

Please note!
If a task ordered through the emergency service is found to be the responsibility of the apartment owner or tenant (for example, replacing a fuse inside the apartment), the person who ordered the work may be invoiced for the costs.
