Our trusted cleaning team takes care of stairwells, sauna areas, storage rooms, and all other shared spaces in the housing company. In addition to residential buildings, our cleaners also provide professional cleaning services for office spaces.

A rental home for your car in Varissuo

Akseli’s customer service manages the keys for parking spaces owned by Varissuon Lämpö. With over 2000 parking spaces available for rent in the Varissuo area, we offer a wide range of options, including both indoor parking garages and outdoor spaces.

All our parking spots are equipped with electrical outlets. Additionally, electric vehicle charging is available at Varissuo’s parking areas.

Rent Your Parking Space via eParking

eParking is a digital parking management system. It allows you to reserve a spot, operate smart heating outlets, and manage your rental payments. You can use the service via your browser at eParking.fi or through the eParking mobile app, which is available for free on the Apple Store and Google Play.

  • Smart Control: Use the app to schedule your car’s heating or charge your electric vehicle.
  • Easy Billing: Electricity costs for heating and EV charging are invoiced directly through the eParking system.
  • License Plate Recognition: Parking enforcement is based on license plate scanning. Therefore, ensure that the vehicle parked in your rented space is always correctly registered in the app. You can add multiple license plates from the same household to a single spot.
